Hi I'm Tanya.

For me, movement, meditation and coaching are all interwoven practices that can help you see yourself and your life through a kinder, more honest lens and experience being in your body and in this world in a gentler and more curious way.

 

I can help you learn to trust the interconnected wisdom of your own body through mindful movement, embodied meditation, and somatic coaching. Over the last two decades, this work has been, and continues to be, a personal process and an ever-evolving practice.

I teach the kind of personalized, accessible classes and offer the kind of grounded, responsive coaching that I longed for when I was starting out and that I still find the most transformative today. Support that is culturally sensitive, trauma informed and ecologically aware.

 

My work is rooted in practices that invite us to show up as our full selves - in our life and in our world - and is informed by teachings that show us how to actually to do that with more integrity, compassion and grace.

*My work is almost entirely online and location-independent. I do offer my services in-person when I am in Tobago and you can sign up to be notified.
